Good value for the money.

Good value for the money. Easy walk to weekend market and pier if you want to go catch a long tail boat to Railay for the day. Their housekeeping was excellent, cleaned everyday and free water.

The place is cheap so obviously you shouldn't expect something really fancy. It is good for a short stay of a night or two. The night market was in walkable distance, which was nice.

It could have been cleaner and it wasn't super comfy.

Towel instead of blanket. Cigarette smell inside of room. Very old furniture at all! Not very pleasant receptionist - the lady.

The staff were absolutely charming and couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast was excellent, bacon nice and crispy. View from the 5th floor room was stunning. Value outstanding.

Staff very friendly and help to carry my luggage.

Bathroom door wasn't good, no storage options and out door light system setup near to both bed side( looks very ugly).

Worst hotel of my life

Worst hotel I've ever had in my life ... if that's what you can call a hotel. The room was not properly cleaned, it had huge cobwebs. In bed we feel the wires of the bed and we do not even have a blanket, put a sheet over the mattress and our 'blanket' is a towel. It's cheap but neither. It's not even worth what it costs. Worst hotel of my life

Nice hotel near Krabi town centre

Very spacious room. Nice bathroom, good pressure on the shower. Decent wifi. Good location, 10 minute walk from the centre of town, very close to the crab statue.

There was a lizard in our room. The room was quite stuffy and as it was a big room the fan didn't cool it down much.

What was the highlight of Grand Mansion Hotel

This hotel went over and above to look after us and give us a great Krabi experience.

We got stuck in the rain and one of the staff picked us up from a competitor and brought us to the hotel. The staff really looked after us. They took us out to see the real fish market that tourists don’t usually see. Which was incredible as my boyfriend is a keen fisherman. They also have us great tips on exploring Krabi and helped us book our bus for the next stage of our journey. The room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing to say it was a great 2 night stay.

What was the highlight of Grand Mansion Hotel

This is an older hotel, which was probably one of the early stars in the 60's of downtown-centered Krabi commercial district. But it was well built and has been very well maintained. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom spotless. The breakfast menu was nice, the fresh fruit excellent....I wanna know where they get their mangoes. The very sweet and shy young waitress was in training, shadowed by a woman I assume was part of the ownership. The supervisor was very gracious and patient with the trainee, and me. Really nice feeling as a guest, overall very welcoming. I would stay again without hesitation. Pretty close to the night market. Walkable.
